1. Q: How long will shipping take? Glad you asked
Our goal is to offer you the fast shipping , no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across India, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Orders Usually Arrive in 5-7 Days. Carriers may make this a little sooner or a little later.
- The Solar Signature is not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages by the carrier. We will provide tracking and assistance to all our customers.
2. Q: Do you accept exchanges? A: Yes
We will issue exchanges in the following cases:
- The wrong item was received in terms of colour, size or model.
- The product has arrived in a damaged condition.
- The item arrived in poor quality.
* Returned products to be shipped at customer's expense unless items arrived damaged or incorrect print, colour or size.
2.a Do you accept return and refund ?
We provide only exchange no refund.
We will issue exchanges in the following cases:

- The product has arrived in a damaged condition.
- The item arrived in poor quality.
2.a Cancellations
A: Orders may be cancelled if they have not entered into the printing process. All Apparel Is Printed To Order. Orders that have begun printing will be fulfilled normally. Cancellations are made at the sole discretion of The Solar Signature.

SENT DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
In the unlikely case of a damaged item or if you received the wrong item. please email us using the contact form within 5 days to correct the issue. We cannot help you after a 5 days or if the item has been worn/used. Thanks for the support, you'll probably never have to contact us for this stuff.
